A commercial appraisal review provides an opinion about the quality of another appraiser’s work : “not the appraiser”. The extent of the review is a scope of work decision reached jointly by the appraiser and the client. I take each review seriously and have over 30 years of review experience. Reasonable fees and 24 hour turn around. I have experience in reviewing reports across the US.

 What is included in the review report

At a minimum, the following items are included:

Client and intended users.

Intended use of the appraisal.

Ownership of the property

Dates of appraisal report, effective and date of review.

The reviewers opinion and conclusions about the work under review.

Purpose and objective of the appraisal review.

Summary of did the report meet USPAP Standards.

If not what items in detail needed correcting or revising.

A pass or fail for the report based on items discussed in the review
